All groups are owned by Sancus Media S.L., and Sancus Media S.L. may, at its sole discretion, cancel and delete these groups and their content, with or without reason.

It is the responsibility of the group administrators to ensure that Sancus Media S.L.'s usage policies are followed within their group or groups.

When you delete your user posts, they will be removed from the Service. However, you understand that deleted user posts may remain in backups for a reasonable period (although after deletion, they will no longer be shared with others) or may remain with users who have already accessed or downloaded your user posts.

Sancus Media S.L. may use user posts made in public groups as determined by Sancus Media at its sole discretion, including, but not limited to, publicly displaying them, reformatting them, incorporating them into marketing materials, advertisements, and other works, creating derivative works from them, promoting them, distributing them, and allowing other users to do the same in connection with their own websites, multimedia platforms, and applications. MOBILE SOFTWARE

Sancus Media S.L. keeps its servers technologically up-to-date, which implies that your device may become obsolete with respect to the technological evolution of new versions of Puntos Violeta. Sancus Media S.L. does not guarantee that the mobile software will be compatible with any mobile device indefinitely and assumes no responsibility that may arise from the technological evolution of Puntos Violeta or the platform and the obsolescence of the mobile device on which it is installed.

Sancus Media S.L. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use a copy of the compiled code of the mobile software for one account. The granting of the above license is not a sale of the mobile software or a copy thereof, and Sancus Media S.L. or its partners or suppliers retain all rights, titles, and interests in the software and any copy thereof. Any attempt on your part to transfer any of the rights, duties, or obligations, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, is void. Sancus Media S.L. reserves all rights not expressly granted under this Agreement.

The position displayed by Puntos Violeta for a user is not a guarantee that the user is in the indicated location. There may be many reasons why the position is not correct, including, but not limited to: a poor GPS signal, application error, server error when sending the user's position, because the user has voluntarily or involuntarily introduced a mechanism that consciously or unconsciously modifies the coordinates in which they are located, etc. You agree that Sancus Media S.L. has no responsibility for indicating incorrect positions of users or application clients.

QR ACCESS GROUPS

Subject also to the terms of this agreement is the joining of groups accessible by scanning a QR code.

Groups accessible by scanning QR codes in the Puntos Violeta app are oriented towards women's safety and information to prevent risks.

These groups are primarily managed by municipalities and other entities.

Users who scan these QR codes will be able to access shared information in these groups, such as:

• Permanent safe points for information where to go in case of need: hospitals, police stations...
• Temporary safe points for information where to go, especially during specific events: information tents...
• Locations of security agents in real-time identifiable with special icons when visibility is activated
• Associations and private entities focused on women that can locate their workshops, conferences, training courses on the map
• Commercial establishments registered in the initiative
• Contacting certain security agents in case of need and chatting or sharing the position with these agents if they consider it appropriate
• Access to other information via group chat
• Other relevant information according to group configuration

A woman who has scanned a QR code from a Punto Violeta group, in addition to viewing the information of the scanned group from the Puntos Violeta Application, will be able to see the points of interest from other Puntos Violeta groups within a radius of 10 to 15 km from her position, even if she has not scanned the QR of the groups to which these nearby points belong.

To access all the information shared in each group, such as chat or security agents visible in real-time, the user must scan the QR code of each group.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Sancus Media S.L. guarantees a commitment to the duty of confidentiality regarding the personal data of users; all user information that may be published will be anonymized, if applicable. It is important to note that this feature does not affect the terms and conditions of app usage. Instead, it serves as an optional additional preventive security measure that users can choose to activate or deactivate at their discretion.

The Extra Security Layer is designed to prioritize user safety and privacy. Sancus Media anonymizes all user data at the backend to ensure privacy. This checkbox allows Sancus Media to de-anonymize user information and provide GPS positions if required by authorities.
